We found our dog as a puppy and neither of us had ever had our own dog before. We did the best we could with him by reading lots of information from the internet and books, as well as talking to other dog owners. We would take him for walks/runs everyday because it would wear him out and that was a good thing for us! It never seemed like we could keep up with him though. 

Usually Kimo was out in front pulling us along. Dave had to run him because he was strong enough to hang on to Kimo. We happened to find P & M K-9 training one day when we were walking around the park. We couldn’t keep Kimo from barking at everything! After our first session we decided that this was the training class for us! We felt like the money and the time we were committing to were going to be well worth it! Paul, Debbie and Kim have been awesome! 

Paul immediately showed us how to be tough and stern and certain about the way we lead our dog. The weekend classes have given us what we need to work with Kimo throughout the week; and although he’s not always perfect (he’s still a puppy after all!) we have a much better dog! We’re looking forward to continuing with the intermediate classes and looking forward to seeing our dog progress!
